Provide an organizational profile (mission, core services, profit or non-profit, target market segment, and years in operation) of the healthcare organization you selected. Identify which of the authors’ strategic management frameworks you selected for your project and your rationale based on the extent to which the strategic thinking undergirding the selected framework is congruent with the strategic thinking of the organization you selected. Explain where or what step you will incorporate the balanced scorecard strategic map and scorecard tools into your selected strategic management framework and how the tools will strengthen your selected framework.
